Seattle Police Department spokeswoman Renee Witt says a couple were out walking their dog at about 6:30 this morning when they came across a white female in her 30s or 40s laying on the ground...Witt says there were no obvious signs of trauma or foul play.So far no further information has been released but the body should be identified soon. I will update as I hear more.
